Placement Details
Our Foreign Placement Programme offers you the chance to work in a dynamic role with one of Australia’s top financial services providers.
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience across investment analysis, trade management, client service, corporate actions, cash flow management and more. You will conclude the placement with a breadth of knowledge rarely found in entry-level roles, setting you up for long-term success in the industry.
If selected, you will receive:
- Offer for at least one year’s employment
- A competitive remuneration package during the placement
- Flight from India to Sydney
- Up to two months of accommodation assistance to help you find your feet in a new city
The criteria for applicants:
- Write a one-page entry on why you’d be the best applicant to be selected for this programme. You should include points regarding your studies, but also your life in India and the diverse perspective you will offer the firm in Sydney.
- Valid tertiary education current academic transcript
- Be in good health
- Have no criminal record

FAQ's
Is the programme only for finance graduates?
Not at all. We will consider all interested applicants from related fields such as finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, and business.
What is the selection process?
After reviewing the submissions, we will shortlist a number of applicants for a video interview. From this we will select a graduate for the placement.
How much does it cost to apply?
The cost to apply is AUD29. You also have the option to receive personalised written feedback on your application for an additional cost of AUD99, giving you insight into the strengths of your submission, and opportunities for growth.
What visa support is provided to the selected applicant?
Through our immigration agent, we provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth processing of your visa.
